NGH offers carbon consultancy services, including but not limited to carbon footprinting, net-zero strategy development, ESG compliance support, and related advisory services. All services are tailored to client needs and provided in accordance with agreed scopes of work.
Use of services
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete information necessary for the delivery of our services. You must not misuse our services or use them for unlawful activities.
Fees and payment
All fees will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract. Payment terms are typically 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Intellectual property
All content, reports, and materials created by NGH during the engagement remain the property of NGH unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for internal business purposes.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues even after the termination of the services.
Liability
NGH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
Governing law
The laws of the United Kingdom govern these Terms and Conditions, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
